Family Support Worker

Family Support Workers provide support to caregivers of individuals of any age diagnosed with or suspected of having FASD. Services can include:

• information and education on FASD
• strategies and interventions
• advocacy within the community
• presentations to school personnel
• presentations to community agencies

Lifespan Worker

Lifespan Workers provide assistance with daily living supports based on the assessed needs of the individual, aged 16 and up, who are diagnosed or suspected of having FASD and who are not eligible for Disability Support Services. Lifespan Workers supports can include:

• advocacy
• system navigation
• maintaining housing
• getting to appointments
• accessing financial supports
