Services offered:
- Transitions to Independence Program
- Works in collaboration with the youth and their Children’s Services CaseWorker to provide flexible and responsive transitions for youth 16-22 years of age with Child Intervention status to adult services and/or independence
- Family Preservation Program
- Provides a multi-pronged approach to supporting caregivers, youth and their families, particularly youth aged 14-17 years old. This program comprises a Family Preservation Worker and Youth Worker who provide programming opportunities to aid in the development of skills and resiliency in caregivers, youth, and families
- Parkside Group Home
- A 6 bedroom, 24 hour facility which provides support to youth between the ages of 12-17 years. Uses harm reduction strategies and positive counselling and coping models to ensure the youth experience a safe and supportive environment
- FASD Lifespan Program
- Family Support Workers who provide support to caregivers of individuals of any age, who are either diagnosed with or suspected of having FASD. Services can include information and education on FASD, strategies and interventions, and advocacy within the community
- Lifespan Workers provide assistance with daily living supports based on the assessed needs of the individual, aged 16 and up, who are diagnosed or suspected of having FASD
