Provides support for people who are transitioning from addiction treatment back into daily life.

Continued care for people who have finished treatment for addiction issues and are transitioning back into their everyday lives.

Services may include:

• outpatient counselling/group counselling
• life skill training
• housing or supported living
• referral to other agencies and services
• educational and work training or referrals

This service is provided by Alberta Health Services and AHS contracted service providers.

Eligibility/Admission Requirements

• applicants must have a sincere desire to establish a lifestyle without using alcohol or drugs
• applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• applicants must be alcohol and drug-free for at least 5 days prior to admissions
• applicants must be willing to abide by established rules and requirements
