→ The Peer Support Warm Line is a free and confidential phone service. It is provided by trained Peer Supporters. Peer Supporters are people who have expierenced mental health and/or substance use challenges. They can offer supportive conversations from the perspective of someone who has been there. The Warm Line is a great choice if you’re feeling lonely, isolated, or anxious. You can also reach out if you’re just in need of a friendly ear
